I stayed at Courtyard Villa in August and it was great. It is a small, older hotel with lots and lots of character. It has a roof top deck where we can sit and lounge, a great beach front sitting area and a small pool.

The rates are different between the two hotels. The rate for rooms at the Buena Vista are $169 plus tax for two full size beds and $199.00 for one king size bed corner room. We have 10 rooms at the Buena Vista. 3 have king beds and 7 have two full size beds. The rooms at Buena Vista face the city, not the beach. There is also a nice gathering area with full kitchen on the second floor and a big balcony with tables and chairs on the third floor, which faces toward the beach. The roof top has lounge chairs and a Jacuzzi.

The Courtyard Villa has 8 rooms. 4 that are ocean front with one queen bed and 4 that are courtyard view with one queen bed and a sofa sleeper. There is a small pool/hot tub in the courtyard. There is also a one bedroom and two bedroom apartment across the street. From $229

Where ever you decide to book, you always have access to the Courtyard Villa beach and pool.

If you plan on having any catering or music at your gathering, there is a charge for the 2nd floor of $250.00.

We do collect a deposit on each room when the reservation is made that is refundable if canceled more than 30 days in advance. As of right now, all of the rooms in the Buena Vista are open for rental. The Buena Vista sounds like the perfect place for your needs.
